Applications are subject to review and will be approved or declined on an individual basis. We reserve the right to approve, decline or cancel any affiliate member at any time for any reason. Any outstanding referral fees due will be paid upon cancellation. We will not approve sites that promote adult content, pornography, discrimination, or illegal activities.

Commissions are paid monthly. All referral fees due will be paid once your cumulative earnings have reached $25.00. If your earned referral fees are less than $25.00, they will be carried over to the following month. Keep track of your earnings by logging in to your account.

Referral fees are earned when a customer enters our website from your special link and completes a purchase using our shopping cart during that session or any session up to 30 days afterwards. Referral fees will be paid should a customer re-enter our website directly or through another link. Referral fees will be paid only after payment has been received and the order has been shipped.

You may not post your uniquely coded link to www.happycandles.com in any newsgroup, message board, guestbook, chat room, pop-up or pop-under window, unsolicited e-mail or other types of spam and subscribed e-mails promoting pornography, discrimination or illegal activities.
