Ordering

Current
order processing time is 2-4 days,during holiday's processing
time may vary. Orders for custom made candles can take up
to 7 days depending on quantity ordered. Whole Orders please

for all the information needed to place a wholesale order.
Shipping:
UPS
is our shipper, however we can use USPS with a special request.
We only estimate shipping costs for your purchase. They
can be higher or lower, depending on how far you live from
Ormond Beach. We ship at cost and the actual price will
be e-mailed with your receipt. Once your order has been
shipped you will receive a tracking # via e-mail from UPS.
We
ship to US addresses via UPS only. We try to insure
that every package is packed securely so it will arrive
to you with out damage. Every package is insured with UPS
for damage during delivery. If your package is received
with damage,please let us know and we can replace the order
if necessary you might need to file a claim with UPS.
Product
Returns Policy:
If
you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return
the products (at your cost) along with the reason of return
and we will offer a refund or exchange (S&H additional)
within 30 days of purchase. (this offer does not
apply to candles that have been burned unless the candle
was defective).
We will
not be able to accept a return on a candle if you do not
like the scent; please order it in a small size first, to
test the fragrance. If
items are damaged during shipping in transit back to us
due to improper packaging, you will only be refunded
for the items not damaged.
We
cannot accept returns on scents due to sanitary reasons.
This is for your protection, so you know all of our supplies
are of the highest quality.
There
is a 20% restocking fee on all returned items, no exceptions
will be made.
There
are no refunds on custom candle orders, including wedding
candles, once candles have been shipped. If order has been
cancelled, prior to candles being made, (within 72hrs.)
there is a 100% refund. After being made but prior to shipping,
